Preparations
I will arrive before the ceremony to where you are
getting ready. I will make final phone calls to
vendors, assist in locating the bridal party and
family members, clean the prep area and finalize
any details.

Ceremony
I will go from your prep site to the ceremony site.
I will make sure all vendors are on time and deliver
what they promised. I will clean the ceremony
site and transport programs, flowers, etc. I assist
in lining up the bridal party for the entrance. For
non church weddings I can facilitate the flow of
the wedding ceremony. After the ceremony I will
transport any items to the reception site and do a
walk through to gather any forgotten items.

light setup, speak with site management,
coordinate favors, centerpieces, etc. I will work
closely with the DJ for entrances, first dances,
bouquet toss, etc. The Good Bridesmaids typically
will prepare a to go container with a meal from
the reception, and cake to be enjoyed later. We
also help transport presents to the car or room,
assist with money dance, cake cutting, etc. Light
cleanup will also be performed after the reception
ends.
