$375- All inclusive Month of Coordination Package (2009 Booking Price)
- Unlimited Time Of Wedding Day Coverage from the main coordinator on your wedding day (Up to 3 hours of coverage from a
wedding assistant if needed).
- Three pre wedding sessions with the main coordinator
1. 1st Meeting, Consultation and Planning (typically from 4 weeks to a year before event date)
2. Meeting at Ceremony/Reception site (Usually about two weeks before)
3. Wedding Rehearsal (Usually the day before)
All meetings can be waived by the wedding couple, except the initial consultation.   

Package Details:
•        Planning meeting and interview session to obtain a clear understanding of your vision, goals, and
requirements for your wedding day
•        A walk-through of the ceremony and reception sites, if requested, to understand your plans and vision.
•        Unlimited consultation and advice via phone and email
•        Create detailed wedding day timeline for vendors and wedding party, upon request of wedding couple.

The Good Bridesmaids promise to:
•        Assist with all the details and guide you and your wedding party graciously and professionally.
•        See that you and your guests are given very special care, and your guests questions are answered though out your event.
•        Be ready and available for any emergencies or unexpected occurrences.
•        Give creative advice and suggestions for details concerning the wedding.

Wedding Weekend Management
Wedding Rehearsal
•        Collection of non vendor items at the rehearsal to be brought and set up on the day of wedding, such as: Programs, all
ceremony items, candles, guest favors, toasting flutes, place settings, table numbers, photographs, Cake cutting servers, etc.  
•        Direct Rehearsal that includes coordinating processional and recessional of ceremony for a maximum of 1 hour                  
**(If site provides a person to facilitate the rehearsal, we’ll sit as observers to ensure that you and the wedding party are
well  taken care of)
Vendors
•        Coordination and supervision of all vendor set-ups
•        Help with light setup and tear down at the ceremony and reception site
•        Distribution of final payments and/or gratuities to vendors, if applicable
•        Programming and on going direction and communication with the vendors you've contracted for your event.
•        Provide on-site Emergency kit
Ceremony
•        Ensure flowers are distributed to entire bridal party in a timely and proper manner
•        Ceremony coordination, assisting your guests as they arrive.
•        Procession / Recession and Grand Entrance coordination
•        Direct guests after the ceremony. Transfer floral and decorative accents to the reception location
Reception
•        Wedding day timeline management
•        Placement of all items (couple and vendor supplied), including guest book, programs, place cards, favors,
disposable cameras, and more.
•        Organization, programming the introduction of your bridal party members and your grand entrance.
•        Alert bride and groom to each event (First Dance, Toasts, etc.)
•        Collect gifts and wedding-related items to be given to the designated person or party
$50- Wedding Night Suite Decoration Package
If purchased separate from Month of Package

If purchased with Month of Package
- Silk rose petals
- Candles with matches
-Bottle of Sparkling Cider  
-Clean up of suite if needed (e.g. if bridal party got ready there, etc.)

The Bride or Groom will need to provide the key the day of the wedding. Special requests can be accommodated.
$200- Event Coordination
- For non wedding events or ceremony only
- Coordination of event, including guests, vendors, wait staff and site management
- Includes only the main coordinator for approximately 4 hours, no wedding assistants
- One planning session prior to event at the event location
- The Good Bridesmaids provide a emergency kit to use the day of

The Good Bridesmaids will work with vendors, do light setup and tear down at the ceremony or event site, retrieve any
forgotten items, manage any crisis's that arise and other issues that may arise. The event manager is to provide time
lines to follow, vendor contact information, and specific instructions for setup and tear down.
